We understand that you usually have a limited time to complete an inspection, and we do everything we can to accommodate you. Inspections are scheduled for your convenience, and we encourage your presence at the inspection. Our detailed written reports are typically completed within 2 to 3 days. Next day service via fax or email is often available, if needed.

Prices

The inspection fee is determined by the size, age, value, location, and service level you request. Our fees are typically not the lowest, but you will find that Criterium-Ackerman Engineers offers you the best value for a quality inspection and custom, detailed written report. We encourage you to call and discuss your inspection requirements with us or schedule an inspection on line via our inspection request form and we will call you back to confirm and answer any questions. Fees typically range from 250 dollars for some structural inspections and start at 275 to 300 dollars for a standard full home inspection.
